Pop Century--tranportation and other random questions

We'll be staying at Pop Century three weeks from now, and I'm trying to sort out some of the details of our trip. Can anyone help me with some of these?

Transportation: I know that a lot will depend on crowds. Once I am on the bus, how long will it take to get to MK?

Do buses run directly from Pop to Downtown? If so, how long does that trip take? Don't want to miss our T Rex reservations.

We're also doing a character breakfast at Cape May Cafe. This is they day we leave--should we drive it?

What hours is the concierge desk open?

Anyone know what exit to use from Rt 4?

Thanks!

It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom from POP
And yes they do have a bus that goes to Downtown Disney and that takes about 15 minutes I would say.

Depending on how early, you might want to drive there since you can't take a Disney bus from resort to resort and you would have to go to a park to catch a Beach Club bus.

We just stayed there at the end of the September.

Sorry I can't answer your last two questions though.

Have fun!

Easiest thing to do for your last question is to take a look on google maps or another map site. Osceola Parkway to Victory Way to Century Dr. looks to be the best one to take.

But rest easy. There is so much signage up that you will be directed right to wherever you want to go in WDW.

There are multiple exits. You can use U.S. 192, State Road 536 or Osceola Pkwy. I agree with the guy above and use Osceola. Just get off on Osceola go west and make a right on Victory Way which is the first right and then make a right onto Century Dr. which is the hotel entrance. The front desk of the hotel is usually always open. I've checked in as late as 1:00am in the past. You can take a bus to any theme park, Downtown Disney or water park if they are open.

If you are not going to drive to Beach Club, I suggest that you take the bus to HS and walk or take the boat to the Beach Club for breakfast at Cape May Cafe.

The ride to the MK is maybe 15 minutes. The ride back might be longer (~20 minutes).

The ride to Downtown Disney should not have any stops at night, although during the day there may be a stop at Typhoon Lagoon. It is maybe a 15 to 20 minute ride depending on the route taken. (Now that I think about it, the Typhoon Lagoon stop might be on the way back from Downtown Disney but I am not sure.)

I would probably drive to the Beach Club for the Cape May Cafe, but I suggest you take the turn on to Epcot Resort Blvd further east (at the Hess gas station) rather than the western turn by the Swan/Dolphin.

I think the Concierge Desk closes at around 9pm or 10pm. Park maps are available all hours, but you won't be able to perform other tasks at the desk. The front desk (for registration, getting change, questions, replacement keys, etc. is open 24 hours).

Off of I-4, if you are arriving from the east (I-95 / Daytona), I would take the exit for Animal Kingdom and Wide World of Sports. If you are arriving from the west (I-75 / Tampa) I would most likely take the Magic Kingdom / World Drive exit to avoid backtracking (which you would do after taking the Animal Kingdom / Osceola Pkwy exit).
