Pop Century Skyliner lines (1st week in January (Marathon week/end))-

SO, we're heading back on property in January... for the marathon week/end. We've booked rooms at the ollllleee Pop Century. I'm kinda excited for the Skyliner option to Epcot etc... but how long do those lines get in the mornings? We walking 10-15 minutes or like... an hour+? Thanks!

They do get very busy at the opening around 7:30 when it opens as many want to make it to international gateway. But, the line should go quickly as the Skyliner is constantly moving unless a delay happens or they are helping with anyone with handicapped situations..

Plus, this also depends on your location of your room within the confines of Pop. If your the furthest away from the 90's and 50's it will be a good 7-10 mins hike yo it plus the wait for the Skyliner line with that..

You also may have to wait at the Skyliner Hub at Caribbean Beach when you have to switch to the Epcot line there which can also add more mins to your destination to International gateway..

No matter how long the line is for the skyliner, marathon weekend it is always better than ground transportation. Trust me.

The earlier you arrive the better. A queue does form at the Pop/Animation station. You will also have another queue at the CBR hub. It's not as simple as exiting at the station and hopping to the Epcot or HS line. Depending on the time, the Epcot/HS queue (It's the same queue for both parks) stretches all the way out into the station parking lot where you'll be directed to get back into the queue. You're separated as you come back up to the station for whichever park you want.
