Pop Century or All Star Movies

Not sure what to do. In May I received a code for Free dining and a few weeks later I went on the website and Pop wasn't available. I've been trying now for over a month to get into Pop. The only thing now available for our dates is All Star Movies preferred room. So my question is would you book the All Star Movies so at least we are in for the free dining or hopefully wait and keep trying everyday and hope somebody cancels and get into Pop?(This happened last year where Pop was gone and then in July it was available) We also have our dining reservations for the week we want(Don't worry I will cancel the dining reservations if we dont go) and we finally got reservations for BOG. We have stayed at Movies before a long time ago before Pop was built. And since its been built we have stayed at Pop.( We like that we don't have to share with other resorts for bus transportation and also it seems less groups are at Pop.) Also does anybody know if we go ahead with Movies and a month or two later Pop comes available would I be able to cancel with Movies and go with Pop and the money that I've paid go to the new reservation?

I would say if you're getting an awesome deal then go with Movies! Remember it is the newest of the All-Star resorts so its a little nicer than its neighbors. Unfortunately it does share its buses with the other two resorts and its a bit of a ride to anywhere besides BB and DAK. However you're still staying on property so your trip will be special and filled with that Disney feel everyone looks forward to. Have a great trip!

Yes, if Pop becomes available you can change your reservation and any money you have paid will be applied to Pop. We have made numerous reservation changes over the years and it has worked just like this.
