Pools / water features in mid-February

We plan to split stay in Beach Club / Poly due to their water features, and also plan to go to Blizzard on the break day. We would plan differently without the water features. Are odds in our favor for those water features to be available and pleasant (at least mid day) in the second half of February?

The water features will more than likely be available at the resorts. Those rarely close, except for during more extreme cool periods. Pleasant depends on the person. Temperatures would likely be between 70 and 80°. For many, that’s plenty comfortable, but for some it’s a little too cold. It would be unlikely for the waterparks to be closed in the second half of February, and extremely unlikely for your resort water features to be closed. While not impossible to have poor weather, you should have pretty nice weather with a low (for Florida) chance for rain!

Weather is a bit borderline and variable in Feb. Odds are high you will get at least one day nice for swimming, but odds are also high you'll get at least 1 cold day. February tends to have significant temp swings. Also, you can't trust 10 day forecasts to be accurate. A number of times they were incorrect on us. You can expect most days, if it is warm in afternoon, it is still likely to be cooler at night. So in the morning and night, you'll likely want long pants and jackets or hoodies. Gloves and hats are good to pack. Layers and some short sleeve items, too.
