I still think this is rediculous and greedy. Sept. 11 had 80 times more to do with stock depression than news of a Pooh lawsuit. And plenty of stockholders also made money during the early part of that time period. Stocks are always a risk.
The last paragraph says it all: especially, "Johnson & Perkinson is a litigation boutique..." Since when has a law firm become an oh-so-good-for-you boutique. Justice is one thing, but this kind of law firm exists for a different reason, I think.
