Polynesian Concierge Rehab?

I am staying at the Polynesian from 9/28-10/5 with my two young sons (one allmost 4, one about 9 months) and we had wanted to stay concierge, both for the service and for the centrally located Hawaii building. Now I understand that Hawaii is being renovated during that time and that concierge will be located in Tahiti. Does anyone know if there will be as nice a lounge (with as nice a view of the castle and fireworks) in the temporary concierge? And do you think it will be worth the extra schlepping from the room to the GCH to stay concierge? Or should we stick with our standard room (we have requested Samoa). Last time we were in Tokelau and it seemed too far away from the GCH. Thanks for any help or suggestions!!!

There is Tahiti concierge info on this page with lounge photos. All the services will be the same in Tahiti and the rooms are larger than Hawaii.

We also will be staying at the Poly/lagoon view concierge from 9/14-9/20. They have assured us everything will be just as nice. I sure hope it is. Have a great trip.:sohappy:
