Poly Grand Plan

Has anyone ever done the GP at the Poly? We did this in 1999 and got concierge. We are doing it again in Aug and am wondering if concierge is automatic with GP or if someone was just nice?

I'm pretty sure you have to pay extra for concierge.

It's extra at the Grand Floridian...I would imagine it's the same at the Poly.
