I don't think that a restaurant that is closed on Sundays would be good for Downtown Disney.

Pollo Campero!

I have personally heard of the chicken chain before, but have never
had the chance to try their version of chicken. But that will change Dec. 5 when the wife and I arrive in DTD> :sohappy:

Does anyone know if El Pollo Campero will be keeping the same general style as the McDonalds?

For all of its shortcomings, the McDonalds actually did a pretty decent job of blending into the original, and largely still existant Disney Villlage architecture. It'd be great if Pollo Campero continued that.
