So, anyone else download this today? I tried it for about 5 minutes until all the servers basically exploded.

My 2 sons have been playing for a few hours today, and they just headed out now to walk around the neighborhood, apparently the park across the street is a Pokemon stop.

I love that it makes you walk around and explore, but I do hope people are careful!

This is definitely going to give me an incentive to go out and take a walk later tonight. :)

I havent been able to get in since this morning. Now I cant get the game to re-download. I have about 10 Pokemans since last night though.

I found a pigeon one while walking the dog. Not really able to find much else with the weather here today.

The gym in my map is the firehouse, which I can't just walk in. So who knows how that aspect will work.

Seems like the servers are much better today! Or at least in my areas. So far I've been able to access gyms just by standing next to the areas without having to go in. The one closest to me is the Soup Man :hilarious:

That's my problem right now lol yesterday it rained but it was nice and cool, and now it's an awful 90 degrees outside!!:hungover::hungover::hungover:

I definitely know that feeling. I was so tempted to head over to DHS or MK around 5pm but then we go hit with crazy thunder/lightning/rain. So I said forget it, maybe today. But with the current heat I think Ill opt to catch pokemon poolside :D

It's an interesting "game" to say the least. I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Where I live I'm finding mostly poison types, Rattatas, and Pidgeys, but I found an Eevee while I was out.

For me, this definitely does NOT replace the real Pokémon games. And on that note, the one thing that's bugging me about GO is that all my friends are claiming to be huge fans of the series after downloading the app despite the fact that none of them ever really play the games.
