If I call in late or put it in the hub and arrive before the time I said I was coming but after my original clocking in shift.
Are the leaders supposed to change my time so I dont get the half point or I get em anyway.
Also if I dont like my location(I am new hire) I can go back to casting and they change me, so I will not be working in that process or I have to put my 2 weeks and reapply after 6 months

The points should remain because you called in late for your original clock-in time. I had this happen to me during the WDW Marathon last year and my point stayed on until my leaders (who were awesome) erased the points because a lot of other people were late for the same reason.
As for the change of location, Casting can't change your location once you start at that location. They can only change it for medical or safety reason. You best shot is to quit and come back after six months.
