I have to use an electric scooter at WDW. Last December my daughter, her 3 teenage sons, my DIL, & her teenage son & I were staying at POFQ & we had ressies for HDDR at FW. If you've ever had to manuvere one of those scooters on & off a bus, you know it can be a hassle. We were going to go to the MK & then take a launch to FW. When we got to MK, Kate told us to stay on the bus; she had called dispatch & got her route changed to take us directly to FW, & the bus stop closest to HDDR. Even those teenagers were impressed with her kindness.
