Are there any good podcasts out that are helpful on planning Disney trips, giving good tips, secrets, etc.??
There are always some who don't like him, but I like Lou Mongello's. Just search for WDWRadio. He does a weekly show and some of his tips are fantastic.
Ricky Brigante - Inside the Magic
I would agree on both. They are not the most popular among the hard core Disney fanatics, but they are well produced and informative. There are always some who don't like him, but I like Lou Mongello's. Just search for WDWRadio. He does a weekly show and some of his tips are fantastic.

When it comes to video there is no question that Rickey is better. When I did listen to both I tended to like Lou's format just a little better. Even though I know what he did was scripted, it did not feel that way. It came off just like a guy talking. Rickey's delivery felt a little to produced for my liking. It was good, but a little soulless.my vote goes to Ricky for production... he has that home studio, cuts in nice video and interviews. I've noticed Lou does a lot of live stuff and well, the quality of the video is usually pretty crappy when streaming or he uses inferior cameras that don't work very well in low lighting. Just my two cents though...

I have not listened to that one. What about the Unofficial Guide's podcast? Any opinion on it?
Brigante is pretty good about mentioning when he paid his way and when Disney paid his way. He will also disagree with decisions from time to time, but often qualify that it is okay if he dislikes something as others will.Be aware that when listening/reading Brigante or Mongello, you are effectively listening to a PR division of the Walt Disney Company. Both are constantly comped to Disney events, cruises, resorts etc by the Walt Disney Co, and in order to retain their association with Disney, they obviously follow the company line. I don't think that either of them make that clear.
