We have been going for the last 11 years and we always stay at POR. When I make the reservations, I request Magnolia Terrace. Of course I am always told there is no guarantee. I read a while ago that if you call POR direct a week before arrival that they will take the request of the section that you would like to stay in. I was successful once doing this. Last year when I called, the person would not even take the request. Has anyone had any luck requesting a certain section of rooms? I do not want to face the parking lot! Thanks for your help!
