Hi, Newbie here...I sure could use you guys help. I am planning a trip to WDW in the next few months.
I have a question, that I can't find the answer to ANYWHERE!
I was at WDW in 2004, and rode the monorail. The monorail stopped at a resort that had dark brown straw tiki huts (straw on roof) with pink flowers (or something pink) stacked about. There was a wooden (deck like) stair case similar to the ones that go up really huge watersides. I thought this was the Polynesian resort, but after looking at photo's and Google Earth's new 3D version of WDW, I don't see any tiki huts there. Did they change the area where the monorail stops at the Polynesian resort or is it another resort entirely not owned by Disney? All I know is that the monorail stops at this resort and I swore when I go back I'm staying there. Thanks so much for your help.
