:)We are coming to WDW on 3/19 with our party of 5. Is anyone willing to share their planning spreadsheet? We are coming for 7 days and would love a very simple/possibly color coded spreadsheet where we could enter our meal reservations/park hours/fireworks/parades etc. We would be so grateful if you could share b/c I can use Excel, but am horrific at creating my own document. Thanks so much in advance!!

i just set ours up as a table in a word doc. first row of blocks is the day/date. if we were doing say mnsshp that day i'd put "mnsshp 7-12" here too, 2nd is the park hours for that day including emh (i put in bold where we plan to be that day). the 3rd row is our lunch adr's, the number in parenthesis is the number of credits it takes for dining plan, i include our adr time and the confirmation number. row 4 is for dinner set up just like lunch. if we've scheduled breakfast i'd have had a row for that but we usually just grab something light at the resort if at all. i also will put, for instance, if i don't have say a lunch adr i'll put "snack credit" (we often use our snack credits in place of breakfast or lunch), if i'm paying oop i put "cash" instead of the number of credits. i don't worry about parade or fireworks times because you can just pick that up at the park or on an iphone app but you could easily add a column. i keep everything on a single sheet of paper. here's an example of ours.

18 meal credits and 12 snack credits each.

I'll toss in my spreadsheet format. I practice what I call "informed spontaneity", where I will change plans on the fly but usually like to know when the parks close, if Fantasmic is running that night, etc. I try to pack as much information in on one page so that I can fold it up and carry it around in my pocket.

Google Docs format
Open Office format

The parentheses next to the park hours are the per-park Touring Plans crowd numbers and the asterisks are for EMH.
