Please help, the WDW website or My Disney Experience app won't let me customize my AP MagicBand

Earlier when I was on the My Disney Experience app I tried to customize my Annual Pass MagicBand. Now it said I needed to put my address in, however there was no possible way for me to do that since I'm from Canada and it wasn't an option. I thought no problem I will go on their website through my computer, since I was previously able to add my address onto My Disney Experience profile and that helped me create the MagicBands for my previous resort stay in December 2013, along with my upcoming resort stays in August 2014 and December 2014. Anyway for some reason when I go to add my address for the Annual Pass MagicBand it won't let me select the one in my profile, so I can't customize it and I'm wondering is there a way to fix this?

Also what happens if I'm not able to customize the AP MagicBand? The day I arrive at WDW this August I need to renew my AP since it expires 1 day before my check-in date , so right away I will go to Guest Relations outside the International Gateway entrance at Epcot. So basically can I still take my current AP card and I will get a brand new one?

They don't ship Magic Bands outside the US, but it should still allow you to complete your profile and customize your Magic Bands. I suggest calling their support line.

I already knew that they are not shipped outside the United States, because when I went in December 2013 the MagicBands were at the Boardwalk Inn when we arrived. I just assumed my Annual Pass one would also be there at check-in.

I would still like to know what happens if I don't customize it. Like I asked earlier if I don't do that and I go to Guest Relations will I have problems when renewing my Annual Pass? Assuming there are no problems for me what is the point of the AP Band? I know that I'm already getting the resort Bands when I check-in for getting into my room, purchasing items, and for FastPass +.

Call guest relations. They are open for another hour and 12 minutes (until 11 pm EST) or 7 am to 11 pm daily.

It may be similar to the Disney Vacation Club sliders. They are plastic DVC "bling" for your magic band that slides onto your magic band that has The DVC logo.
