Heather is the itinerary planner for platinum plan guests at the GF. For our trip we spoke to her about a dozen times over the course of 5 months prior to our trip. We spent hours on the phone with her while she answered every question and gave us invaluble tips and guidance for our trip. With our preferences and interests in mind she made every reservation we wanted securing EVERYTHING we asked for. Heather has the most wonderful disposition and a genuine enthusiasm for her job. WE looked forward to meeting Heather as much as any other part of our trip. We truly have her to thank for our wonderful vacation!:kiss:
