Plans/Goals for 2019?

With the new year rapidly approaching, what are some of your goals that you would like to see accomplished before December 31st, 2019?

Exercise more.

What with the health surprises I had in 2018, my only goal is to make it to 2020.

I'd like to be able to do head stands and hand stands.
I've been seriously thinking of getting a business off of the ground selling homemade soap.
Using "No." as a complete sentence and not feeling like I have to give 1001 reasons why I said "no."
