Planning, Planning, Planning

As a certified nut according to my husband regarding planning, I am gearing up for a morning of it with my Mom who is also going to WDW in September and will arrive there 4 days earlier than us on the 11th and will stay until the 19th. We are going to meet Friday morning and discuss ADRs and plans for our days and such. I have two questions for all you planners:

1. Since she arrives a full 4 days earlier, can she therefore book our ADRs earlier than I can. We will be doing the same ADRs and I was told by a CM that I could book for others as long as they had legitimate reservations.

2. What are your absolute must dos for ADRs and specialties (i.e. anything that requires a reservation).

I don't know if Disney is still doing the 180+10 thing or not...but someone will. Have you considered a travel agent?

My favorite restauarants are...

Breakfast:
Rainforest Cafe
Crystal Palace

Lunch / Dinner:
T-Rex
Garden Grill
Restauarant Marrakesh
Liberty Tree Tavern
Whispering Canyon Cafe

For fast food, I'm a big fan of Earl of Sandwich at DTD and Sunshine Seasons in Epcot...wouldn't go just to eat there, but if I'm there and looking for food, that's where I'll head. :)
