Did a significant amount of google searches earlier and combed thru theads on this site for the last hour...

Head is spinning! So I'm thowing out a plea for help. Need some advise on where the best booking values are hiding. Would like to stay in a Disneyland resort that would be what I see people commonly calling "moderate".

Open to all other suggestions and thanks in advance for any help!

Post this in the Disneyland board for better results. You are looking for a "Good Neighbor Resort" if Paradise Pier Hotel is not in your budget. There's a nice Sheraton just north of Toontown that we enjoyed.

I have read this a couple times, and just want to make sure of something. Disneyland vs Disney World

Disney World in Florida there is 3 levels of onsite resorts. Values, Moderates, and Deluxe. There are also many offsite hotels as well. If you are looking for deals at Disney World go to the Disney World home page and then scroll to the bottom where is says "special offers". Watch that page often as offers are added different times during the year.

Disneyland in California has 3 onsite resorts. They are all Deluxe with Paradise Pier being the least expensive. As mentioned above there are also offsite "Good Neighbor" hotels that are more in the value or moderate range. Also mentioned above is the Disneyland board and there are many members who are local to California who will be able to give you a lot of help.

We have been to both Disney World and Disneyland and love both for different reasons. :)

Good luck and happy planning.
