Planning day or half days at water parks in September?

Happy New yEAR friends! This September is not our first Disney Vacation, but our first time adding the water parks to our stay. How do you plan that in your schedules? We are visiting for 9 nights and have 8 day park hopper plus tickets. Family of 4, kids will be 9 and 5 at travel time. Will we have time for both? I'm curious as to what works for others who like to visit these parks, and which one is better in your experiences? Thank you!

Hello Rachel,
Our family is also planning a September trip, and will be trying out the water parks. Since the water parks close at 5, you still could definitely check out a park after dinner, especially if there are late night magic hours that evening. Maybe your 5 year old will be getting too tired? Did you know that for every single day park ticket you purchase you get one “fun pass” ticket free? We will be going for 8 days and seven nights but we are only purchasing 4 park hopper tickets. We will purchase one mnsshp ticket, and get we will go to the water parks for two days included with our 4 day park hopper. We also left one day just for the hotel/pool. Happy planning!
