I'm going on October 20th, and was wondering if anybody could please tell me if it was open, or is going to be, so I don't have to get my hopes ahead of time on getting to eat there, and finding it not open. Thanks.

I'll be there that week as well, and am also curious as to if it will be open. I love those taco salads...I always hear that it's "seasonal", but never any details.

I was there two weeks ago and hoped to eat there too, but it wasn't open - even though the guide map said it would be open that day (a Tuesday) it wasn't. :(

If this is the place I am thinking (the counter service place outside the temple), it was open in November last year when we went......
Wrong park my friend - It's in Magic Kingdom, Adventure land opposite(ish) Pirates of the Carribbean. It's also connected to Pecos Bill.

The thing I don't understand is why it's the only place that serves up tacos/ taco salads/ the rest of the menu that way, when Mexico in Epcot serves up a completely different version of some of the same things. Although the nachos with chili and cheese at Pleasure Island is pretty good, but still.....as generic as the menu is at Pirates, I got spoiled several years ago, and it hasn't been open since..

There are three burger bars and one non-burger bar. They close the one thing that is not a burger bar. That's what ticks me off.
