PIn Trading

I got sucked in to vinylmation this first trip, but want to try pin trading while the kids are there with us next year, totally just scored 25 pins for like 14 dollars! Pretty stoked right now! Thinking of making lanyards up for all the nieces and nephews for when they go!

I'm not a pin trader, but I had asked some questions when I was initially considering it. I'm not sure where you purchased your pins, but at that rate, I'm willing to bet they're fake (at least some of them). You should compare them at pinpics.com to see for yourself. From what I understand, CMs will trade even if your pins are fake, but the more fake pins people trade with CMs, the more likely you are to get a fake pin.

Ill weed through them for sure when they get here, but for the kids, even if its just something they can hang on the wall, even if only half of them were good, then thats still ahead in my book were a single new one is like 8 bucks, hey maybe i got a liitle magic only time will tell!

I always wanted to start trading but so expensive my trip aug 10 the deals they have if you spent a certain amount you can get some thing cheap. Well when i was there it was spent 50.00 get a lanyard with 8 pins for 15.00! it was a great deal I traded all the pins that were included and bought 2 sets of mystery ones so i ended up getting 12 pins and the lanyard for 32.00 now thats a steal!!

They had a deal like that when i was just there, it was like 18 bucks, but still loaded with pins, tried to talk the wife into it, But i have her talked into building lanyards for the kids to take on their first trip next year as long as we can get them booked soon

most likely the same deal they told me when i was there ( i got it on my last say aug 18) they were getting rid of them because they sold so many the CMS had to many of the "{starter " pins so they originally were 18 and dropped the price my last day to 15 they probably dropped it again after I left! Thats very cool i never thought about buying the pins online
