Pin Trading At Disney Stores

Do you think all Disney stores should have pin trading?
I think they should have pintrading because they are cast members. I think Disney should allow them to have lanyards and trade. I think a lot of people would go to trade and of course it would boost sales because it's almost impossible to walk out without buying something.

That certainly is a good idea. At the Woodfield Mall where the Disney Doorway To Dreams center is located, all the cast members at the center, and the booth on the main floor, wear cast lanyards. They certainly do pin trading with guests - I did some with them yesterday.

But all the cast members at the Disney stores don't. I can understand a little bit why because (i) they tend to be rather busy and short-staffed (ii) someone needs to be able to keep on replenishing these pins (iii) Disney needs to supply these pins to cast members all over the country and it is something that doesn't really quite bringing in the customers.
