PIN STORES AT WDW

hi, my question is about finding rare, new pins at WDW. Are there certain stores that carry them? For example, I like the WDI sorcerer hat collection and some are limited to just a couple of hundred of pins, so they can't be at every store and kiosk at disney world. Are there specific shops? Could you please let me know. Thank you. Karen

I'll speak from personal experience, I got the 5 pin set in the pumpkin box last year at the MNSSHP, it was only available at 2 locations in the MK, on the night of the party. They even checked to make sure I had my party band so that it could be sold to me.

As for the pins you are referencing, you can always call Disney merchandising and ask them directly. They'd probably be the best source of info.

If you check the Disney Parks Merchandise pin page here -> http://disneyparksmerchandise.com/pins sometimes they will specify what locations will carry the pin. However, there are indeed a few stores in each park that tend to carry the LE pins. Epcot usually has them at the pin cart/kiosk just past Spaceship earth (back side of the info desk), MK is usually the Frontierland pin shop, DHS had been the pin shop under the hat which I believe was mostly relocated to the pin kiosk roughly opposite the Planet Hollywood store on your way to RnRC and ToT, and I cannot remember where at AKL. In addition, the pin shop at Downtown Disney is usually a good bet.

Best place I find pins is the pin store at DTD. Another store, while kind of unknown, is the Fantasia store at contemporary on the 4th(?)(the restaurant level) level

The WDI pins are only available at Mickey's of Glendale (in California) where you must have a Cast Member sign you in and at special events, such as the D23 conventions.

Other best bet in finding rare (but come at outrageous prices) Pins.....Ebay..
