Pin Codes?

So I got my very first pin code in the mail today and went on to the website to try and price the vacation. I didn't see a place to enter it. Is it something that I HAVE to do over the phone or did I miss the place to enter it?

So, I'm chatting with a Cast Member on Disney's site and she apparently has no clue about the offer. She is trying to say that it only applies to Deluxe Accomodations where the offer tells me it is valid everywhere except AoA and the Villas @ the GF. Ugh
