PIN Code!

Got a pin code in the mail today that offers a room only discount for many dates from early January thru the end of May with a few blackout weeks for spring break. I have been pricing dates in mid March and early May on the WDW website. I suppose that big brother is always watching. Has anyone else got this mailer besides me? Is Disney now sending out pins to try and seal the deal for someone considering booking a trip? With that said, I'm sure these discounts will be offered for the dates I mentioned right after the first of the year. No matter, we would love to go back and we hope it works out for sometime in the first half of 2015.

I got one yesterday also. This will be the third one in two years. It seems I only get one when we can't use it.
All we have ever done in my name was order the vacation DVDs. When we actually plan a trip it's in my wife's name since she makes all the reservations.

We've been going to WDW almost every year since 1996 and never gotten one PIN code. Not sure why.
Mess around on disneys website a lot and price different things even put wishful-thinking type trips in your "cart" while you're logged in under your Disney account. You'll be surprised at how many pin codes they'll send you. Some even say things like "For your trip in March" if you've been looking at hotel prices during that month.

Ive received 5 in the last month after not getting one for 3 years. Not sure why so many now of all times. Each code was different too. The mystery of Disney continues.

I just got a PIN code also, which I find kinda strange... We have had reservations for our next trip, Feb 19-28 2015, since April (room only). Once the packages came out in June we then booked out DDP and hopper tickets, then 2 months or so ago we applied a discount to our package.

So it just seems strange that they would send us a code now since we have had all this booked for months

We received that pin code last month and booked for the beginning of May! I wil say that usually when pin codes for the winter/spring of the new year usually don't go with dates as far out as May!

I do that all the time, and for years, and I still have never received a pin.

In 2007 I made reservations for myself as well as two other couples. I used my address for everyone so that I could keep track of everything. Since then I have received occasional PIN codes for both other couples (although not at the same time) but none for myself.
My GF, who did a solo trip in 1998, but has traveled with me to WDW since 2000 under my address, receives PIN codes a few times a year sent to her address. She received one last week for room only discounts.
