I get pin codes mainly by email - within the email you click a link and it takes you to the disney site where you verify your address information and check availability. If you do it online - make sure you check out the different options (I got this same pin): there were 5 different offers that showed up for me and the pin was still the cheapest (I got $72/night at sports in August) room only (did not need the free hopper or ticket as I have AP).If you got a pin code in the postal mail then I am almost certain you have to call. But again - make sure its the cheapest rate. I called out of curiosity before I booked my pin online Friday and the CM tried to give me a more expensive rate that showed up but I knew from looking online my cheapest rate was $72/night.
