PIN Code Offers for Hotels Not Working

Hey Everyone - I received a Unique Offer Code (PIN Code) and when I try to log in to the PIN Validation screen, it will not let me into the system. In addition, when I call the number of the offer it tells me that number has been disconnected. Has anyone ever had this happen before? I was hoping to avoid calling but I may not have a choice.

I’ve seen similar reports today so you’re definitely not alone.

I think you’ll have to call unless you find it’s working tomorrow. Today being Tuesday inevitably meant other systems didn’t come up at 6am either, which might have impacted this too.

Called and got through - apparently PIN codes were supposed to go out two weeks ago and there was an error on basically all of them. The only way to get through at the moment is to call with the code. Of course I'm looking for a 1 bedroom in December and those aren't even available to book yet.

I received one. It didn't work with my current zip code. It did work with a zip code I had three houses/11 years ago.
