One of my pins had one of its metal points broken off recently (it's a pin with 2 metal points). I would like to repair this pin if at all possible, so what is the best way to repair a broken metal pin point.

(It's the part you put the rubber backing over to keep it secure on something).

Good luck. Soldering is about the only thing you can do that will stay. I even tried a bonded metal "glue" that I got from Home Depot - you mix the two polymers together and it's supposed to bond items - but it pretty much promptly fell right back off. :brick: This stuff claims it can hold a car together, but it just wouldn't work with the pin.

Yeah, just solder it. It isn't hard to do at all. A jeweler would be able to solder it for you, as in they have the tools, but I don't know if they actually would.
