I guess i'm slightly confused by the question. But if your asking where the photo was taken i think i got it right, pointed out on the map below.
I always thought the partners statue was always there:veryconfu

No, actually, the "Partners" statue wasn't put there until 1992. Before that, the two waving Mickey and Minnie topiaries were there.
