How come i dont have my profile picture on any posts??
is there a special way to get them on??

Go to your USER CP... on the left you should see Edit Avatar...

You will need to either link to a picture or upload one from your computer.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 160 by 120 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
