Picking up annual passes question

We took advantage of the DVC PAP promotion and will be picking up our APs when we arrive at the end of the week. The passes are for myself, my husband and my 3 year old twins. Do we all need to be present to pick them up or can I go myself and pick up all 4? My name is on the confirmation as the pick up name. We arent going to the parks the day we arrive but will be going early the next morning so I would like to have everything ready to go and not have to stop in the morning. It will be much easier for me to just run by and get them but I want to make sure I dont have to have everyone there.

Also - I have to pick them up at a park ticket office correct? IS there anywhere not a park that I can get them?

You can also pick them up in DTD, if you want.

I don't know if your husband needs to show to get his. I know for Florida residents each person has to show up with proof of residency, but that's all I know. So done else will know!

You never know what CM you will get. To be safe and not have a sour note to your vacation - just get everyone to go.

If I can pick them up at Downtown Disney - that would solve my problem because we will be going by there the first night. Do I just go to guest relations? On a side note - can I buy my tables in wonderland card at the same place.

If I recall you can get everything at Guest Relations at DTD.
