Picking up annual pass

Hi my family is visiting Disneyworld in December, coming from canada, so no magic bands delivered to us. I have bought a seasons pass and we have dinner reservations at art smiths for the day we arrive. My question is how do we get our park tickets ahead of time in order to get the passholder discount for dinner if we arn't going to a park the first day we arrive, and we are staying off property?

Visit the Guest Services office in Disney Springs before dinner.
