Anyone know what questions we can expect during our phone interviews? I'm in the process of returning the call I got from Disney. Are the questions anything like those for the college program?

The very first round of interviews are similar to the CP interview, especially the initial ones (do you have tatoos, can you work nights/weekends/holdays, etc.). Then they start to get a little more technical asking you questions that are related a bit more to what you applied for. You usually find out immediately if you made it to the next round.

If you find out after the interview if you make it to the next round, should you fill out and send the application ASAP, or should you send it before the interview?
I've heard different things, so I want to get clarification.
