Can anyone share an example?
Thanks! Too bad, we always liked the clean look.View attachment 259374View attachment 259375
You can see that I selected “no border” even though there is a border. I’ve noticed this on several different rides as well. Personally it doesn’t bother me but I can see how annoying that would be.
I'm guessing they are more limited in how many borders they can include in the app. Otherwise I can't think of a single reason they offer less now than they did before. And don't get me started on the functionality of that system. It's so convoluted that you have to add a border, then send it to yourself and save the photo, instead of being able to save it right there to your account. So clunky.Instead of totally taking away your choice as to how your photopass picture looks, they should have just included these new borders in the "Borders" tab in photo editing. No offense to anyone out there, but I prefer not to have strangers in my photopass photos. Which is why I liked to be able to zoom in the picture to just one or two rows, and then add a border.

I actually liked the border they added to one of our photos. Too bad it was only put on one photo where one of us had their eyes closed.
Sorry, my mistake. This is a WDW thread. I was talking about DLR Photopass. Be happy you can edit on the website. It's so strange that the DLR version only allows borders on the app.I prefer to do all my photo editing via the website (and not the app). If you use the website, you can save the edited photos directly to your account.

You guys should write in and let them know. Let your voices be heard.
To make it even stranger, the edit button is available on the ios app, but not the android version. That is strange. I'll have to remember that, I'm planning a visit to DLR this fall.
I probably should. It just seems so convoluted that I assumed it's a limitation of their tech, and not an actual choice. But if they can do it in WDW...... and they used to do it in DLR......You guys should write in and let them know. Let your voices be heard.

Correct. I was just lucky to be related to an Apple device.Wow, you can't photo edit at all in Android? That would definitely be a problem for me. Maybe they'll fix that by the time I visit this fall.
I may be in the minority in saying this but I think the test track looks pretty good. Tower doesn’t look that bad either. Of course I may change my mind when I see my own photos in the borders. Also, they should have the option of having it or not in the photos that we have paid for.
