Photoshop 7.0

I just upgraded Photoshop 7.0, thank god for birthday money. I was wondering if anyone would reccomend a guide book for it. Like a Dummies Guide??

Wait for the Photoshop 7 WOW book...or you can just get the Photoshop 6 Wow book and adapt those to PS7

Nope...The "wow" books are what I call "applied technique" books...practicle uses...things you would actually WANT to know..

Generally..books made or released by the software developer are pretty technical and full of information you will NEVER use...

My best advice is to go to your local book stores computer section and find the book that seems best for YOU...however Im not too sure you will find many on Photoshop 7 yet.

GREAT book.. I've learned tons Pick it up off Amazon...

Yes, Scott Kelby, is one of the original founders of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) and he really knows his stuff. Anything from him is excellent and if you join NAPP ( http://www.photoshopuser.com/ ) you get a discount on the book as well as all their videos and a lot of stuff from Adobe and other companies related to graphic art not to mention a free magazine subscription. The seminars are very good as well.
