No more so the Tomorrowland clashes with Fantasyland. Storybook Circus is it's own mini land which is set appart from the rest of Fantasyland so I don't really see it clashing.

Are the Storybook Circus tents still slated for 2013 opening? It seems odd they'd be putting up signs now if that's still the opening date

There has never been a clear official date for when they would open. It appears that they could be open by the time the BatB and LM areas open in November.

I have to admit, I really was on the fence on Storybook Circus for a while but these pictures I've been seeing are slowly changing my mind..

Since the land is totally separate, then yes, I'd say you are the only one that feels that way. Just like when you are riding Splash and the castle clashes with frontierland. It's kinda supposed to be like that.
