Photopass when the parks reopen?

I wonder if the parks will have Photopass photographers on Day 1 (7/11), or if they'll pause the service to keep traffic flowing. If they are there, I hope we can remove the masks for the photos. :) Anyone know if it was available at the reopening of Shanghai? Thanks!
