The cd that came in the mail should be nothing but stock photos of WDW. You do not need to bring it.

The voucher will be used to claim your photo pass photos on CD after your trip through the website. You don't have to bring it, but don't lose it if you want the CD! Everything on the cd will also be available for download at the site.

Important to bring are the small cards on the lanyard. This is what you will give to photographers to link photos to your account.

not so sure you don't need to bring the voucher. i also just got the package in the mail and it clearly states that you must take the voucher to a certain photo location- there is one in each park- to activate it.
i assumed that they would give me some kind of a card like the regular photopass card, but that you can use to get your onride and meal photos added at the site.
am i understanding this incorrectly?
and yes, the cd is just stock photos of wdw- i used it to get the kids all excited

That is kinda what I thought. The confusing issue is how to get the CD!

We used this service at Christmas. We had to take our voucher to the location noted on it and were given the Photopass plus card on a lanyard. After our trip, we went to the Photopass website and selected and updated our photos like normal. Then, when we went to check out, it recognized that we had pre-purchased Photopass plus and to order the CD's (we received 3) it was a zero balance. For $20, we were also able to upload our personal photos and customize them and get our own personal photos on CD's (it took 2 of those for our pictures). The Photopass photographers saw that we had Photopass plus and offered to take lots of shots with the hidden magic. And it was great getting the attractions on our card - you get a listing of which attractions participate and when you exit to the photos, you just tell the attendent which photos are yours and hand them your card so they can scan them to the card. Good luck with your trip and using this service!

For those who have used photopass plus, for dining locations that offer the purchase of a photo package...do you get the photo package, as well as downloading it to your photopass plus card?

Yes, if I remember correctly, they give you the code for the pictures, then you have to go to a photopass station and they can look them up based on the code they gave you and add them to your pass. That is what we did for our Hoop de do Review pictures.

They should have just scanned your FPP right there then gave you the package.

You take the voucher to any disney location listed. They give you your card to give to the photopass people. You then go home affer your trip and dl the pictures place an order which will be free sence you have alrdy paid

There should be 2 vouchers in the PP+ package. One should have been taped to the outside of the CD case. That voucher you need to take with you to the park to redeem for your special PP+ lanyard. Inside the CD case should have been a second one. This one looks like a DVD insert, and should contain the code that you will use once you return to order your PhotoCD or download of your pictures. To use it once you get home, do all your edits, then add the PhotoCD to your cart. When you go through the checkout process there should be a field to enter discount code (or maybe coupon code, something like that) and you put the code from the insert in there, and it will make that portion of the order free.

We had Photopass+ and ate at Chef Mickeys. They brought the prints to our table to have as well as the pics were on the card to view when we got home. Getting the ride pictures was well worth it IMO. Normally I wouldnt spend money on them but its so fun looking back at our faces on each of the rides. Especially because it was my DD and DW first time on them. I'm sure they will be keepsakes and treasured forever.
