Yes. It is a Brooklyn-style cheesecake, like the one they serve at Junior's in NYC. It has a sponge cake crust, instead of graham cracker. It's PITA to make, but it is so worth every single bite.

Tomorrow, I am making a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Awwww yeahhhh.
