Photo Pass+ pickup??

I am considering adding Photo Pass+ to my package. I read somewhere that you "should be able to pick it up with the voucher" at the character meals. We are arriving at PORs late in the day and plan a meal there and relaxing. The next morning we have an ARD at Chef Mickey's for breakfast and spending the day at MK. Has anyone ever picked up at Chef Mickey's? or another character meal? Also, if added to my package will they mail to me or will I get at PORs when I arrive? Thanks for any help.

Unless they've changed things since December, they will mail you a voucher that you exchange for the PP+ card in DTD or any of the parks. Have a great trip!

To pre-purchase the PhotoPass+ product, you must be at least 14 days from your trip. You can do it independent of your package. You will be mailed a DVD style CD case, and 2 vouchers. One voucher should be taped to the outside of the case. This is the voucher you would need to bring with you to the parks to redeem for the PP+ lanyard. You can only redeem it at PhotoPass locations, not at character meals. (There is a slight chance the CM at the meal might have the lanyard, but usually they don't) You would need to redeem it at one of the PhotoPass stations in the parks, Team Mickey at DTD, AKL Jambo House by Zawadi Marketplace, GF right next to the grand staircase on monorail level, Beach Club by the marketplace, or the Poly next to the little store. The DVD case will contain a second voucher that has the code to redeem for the PhotoCD, and the CD in the case is the disc of stock photos.

I've was curious about this too. I got my voucher, but it doesn't really list where to redeem it - just at a sales center. I found these listed on the Moms Panel:
