photo packages

Hello

Just wondering if the photo packages you get (bbb for example) are actually any good? I have paid for professional photos of my girl so many times and been gutted with the results. Anybody know if they any good or just stand school type pics? Is it worth the money really?

When we went in 2009 we made reservations for my granddaughter at BBB. After her appointment, we headed down to the photo studio on Main St. The photos were awesome. I couldn't have been more pleased with the pictures. It was a great experience.

This is a little off topic to your original post but, we purchased all of the Cinderella doings prior to our trip, packed them all up neatly rather than buying the outfit at BBB. We did breakfast with Cinderella first thing so she was all decked out in her dress, etc. then headed over to BBB where the rest of the transformation began. We let her buy a couple of things from the boutique store to complete the experience. She had no idea she was doing the breakfast or BBB.

After she went to bed, we pulled out all of the Cinderella doings as a surprise for the morning. In the morning we trotted her over to breakfast without her ever knowing what was going on. She just thought it was cool she got to dress like Cinderella at MK :) We went immediately to the portrait studio so everything was fresh. After a couple of hours they get kind of droopy, especially if it's hot.

If you're going this summer, I recommend you put shorts and a tank top under the dress. It's itchy! Then as the day progresses she can easily slip into something comfortable. It was 110 the day we went :O

rrr good advice we goin end april/may. That might work better than my plan actually o prob is live in england n dresses ova here r pants compared to the dresses over there. is it cheaper to go buy at downtown then do BBBs? My friend got the cinderella dress from there n it was soo beautiful but yes made her shoulders very sore!

Here's a link to what we purchased from the Disney store...we bought exactly what you see here. If I recall, the outfit was more expensive at BBB. I don't recall how much more expensive though. I was also worried about BBB not having everything in the right size. Since I wanted everything to be just perfect for her (we Grandma's are like that :D ), I didn't want to risk buying it at the World and not being able to get everything.

The wand was tricky to pack. We stuffed the light up part into a coffee can then wrapped the entire thing in a beach towel which was a surprise gift from Micky for another day (Cinderella monogrammed beach towel) then packed clothing very tightly around it in the suitcase. We actually took an entire extra suitcase that was packed with surprises for each day of our trip that magically appeared from Micky, Tink, etc.
