Photo Essay Trip Report

I'm too lazy and incoherent to type much, so here's a link to my pics from when I went to Magic Kingdom yesterday (18 Sept):

Some highlights though...

-Seeing TIG and him wanting to keep me :lol:
-"Driving" the boat on Jungle Cruise
-Best lunch in a looong time at Crystal Palace
-Riding Dumbo for the first time in at least 20 years
-Chocolate croissants from the bakery on Main Street
-Churros!

Very nice pics!! Thank you for sharing!! My daughter loves to take pics with characters too, hopefully we can find the one eyed alien from Stitch, we don't have that one yet!

Lauriebar, Pleakley (the one-eyer from Lilo & Stitch) is just a statue in Tomorrowland by the Disney Vacation Club booth. The CM working there took the pic for me (and gave me a Saratoga Springs button).

And no, no pics from Crystal Palace. Was too busy stuffing my face with the awesome food there (grilled salmon and citrus marinated flank steak anyone?). I went to the park by myself and I didn't want to bother anyone else eating to take a pic for me... so I waited until I went to Toontown.

Kinda wish I had a pic of me driving the boat on Jungle Cruise though. That was a riot!

Thanks for the info! Where is the DVC booth in Tomorrowland? I guess I have missed it in the past or it's new.

The DVC booth has been there for at least 4 years because I remember seeing it when I last went in January 2001. It's by the Speedway and kinda across from Mickey's Startraders. And that new Stitch topiary is right across from the Pleakley statue.

Awesome pictures! Although Spectro Jiminy is looking, um, to put it bluntly, hung over. look at him! His face is red, he looks like jello (he's like falling over!), his eyes . . .



. . . . Maybe he's just high :lookaroun . Just kidding Jiminy! :kiss: :lookaroun .
