Phone Interview??

Has anybody done the phone interview for the WDWCP? I missed the Live Presentations in my area so I did the E-Presentation and i'm scheduled for a Phone Interview on May 25th. Can anybody tell me kinda what to expect in the interview? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm really nervous and i've got a week until the interview. Thanks everyone!

Don't be that nervous. It's not that bad. They just ask you a bunch of questions on what you would do in a certain situation, and how you would handle it. Thats what they did for me for my interview. They are looking for some people with some personalities. Good luck.

If it makes you feel more confident, write up a sheet of typical interview answers...just make them your own, and not some canned answers. Stand up while you're on the phone, and smile as you talk. The smile will come through in your voice.

And relax...if you love working with people, and you are willing to work hard & often, you should feel pretty comfortable answering any question. Good luck!!

Thanks for the tips. Makes me feel a lot better about it. I guess I'm nervous because I've got all my hopes pinned on this. I just got back from WDW yesterday. I went out to help my friend move out there for the CP Alumni Program and while I was there I saw the housing and got to meet a bunch of CP grads. Then I decided I had to sign up so 1 day later I've got an interview setup for next week. If I get in, I definetely want to flat out move to Florida and stay there. Guess this is my chance.

One more question. What kind of stuff do you have to get from your school? Will I need a transcript? Do they have to sign off on some kind of form?

Heres my situation...
I graduated from HS in '03. I went to classes at a community college through Christmas of last year so i've taken 3 semesters. I took the spring semester off to work full time and visit some colleges. I actually found out about the College Program while I was looking at a college in Orlando. So i'm not currently taking classes but I can still register and enroll in classes without having to reapply to the college. I called WDW CP and they said that since I can still enroll in classes and i've taken at least one semester and I have higher than a 2.0 GPA I should be eligible.

Does anyone knows what kind of stuff my college has to do so that I can enroll in the CP? I don't want to get too far into this thing and then find out that I was told wrong and have to give up on it. I would probably be too attached by then. Thanks!

you should just have to have a form signed by your academic or faculty advisor. not too much to it.

Do you know what the form is for? My school doesn't seem to know much about the program and they seem kinda weary of approving it.
