Phone Call From WDW

About a week ago I e-mailed to Meghan Crofton (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) about the new Fantasyland expansion that I'm sure everyone is waiting for. In my e-mail I wrote some concerns about the new Fantasyland construction and their choices (rumors) that we're going to replace some rides. I gave some other suggestions about what could possibly be in the expansion.

Well I received a phone call this morning from this woman named Anna. Saying she was from Walt Disney World and she got my email that I sent to Meghan Crofton and she wanted to speak to me directly. I was just wondering two things....


1. Anyone know who this Anna is?
2. What should I say to her? Any input that people want me to put in about any attractions or anything in WDW?

She is probably just going to tell you that she can't divulge anything and that they cannot take any unsolicited advice/opinions/ideas.

You could let her know that Meg Crofton doesn't have clue to how those parks should be run or what the fanbase is looking for!

I don't know cause she said she would love to speak with me. I'm sure if she was going to say that she would of said it in the voicemail. I mean she could of just sent an email saying that. Lol. I'm hoping for the best.

don't mean to play Debbie Downer (well actually I guess I do), But I just don't think Meg Crofton cares enough to listen to anything anyone not above her on the totem pole or in her regime of park execs has to say about what should be done in the resort.

I don't mean any disrespect to you at all...I only mean it to Meg. Just wanted to make that clear.

I can't imagine it would hurt anything to try and call back. Worst case is you spend your time talking to someone on the phone and nothing gets done. Everything else from there on up would be a bonus.

And as always, if you do speak with someone, make sure you fill us all in on here!

Yeah I definitely will let everyone know...If she doesn't call me back today...I'm going to call her back tomorrow. I'm like on the edge of my seat on what she wants to talk about. I also wrote in my letter that I would love to be an Imagineer. Here's hoping they want to interview me =)

Would definitely be awesome if they brought AE back Wishful thinking, I know.

Normally, I have a ton of little improvement ideas but I don't know if it's cause of Glee or what but I am completely drawing a blank other than big obvious improvements.

I would think that the project plans are pretty much set in stone by this time. Without knowing what your original e-mail (to Disney) said, I doubt we could offer any intelligent guesses to what they might want to talk to you about. Good luck, hope you get your call back, and that what they tell you can be shared (with us); this sure could be exciting (or not, we'll just have to wait and see).

yeah i'm hoping i get a phone call back today or at least sometime this week. i'm gonna be a little upset if she doesnt call me back. its rude not to return a phone call. lol. i'm going to write a more in-depth email about what i think in my opinion should be going on in each park so if anyone has any input i will be more than glad to include it into my email...and i will keep you guys updated if i get anything back.
