Peter Pan's different outfits

After venturing on my second Disney Cruise in 2010, I've always wondered why Peter Pan's theme park costume (the lime green shirt over forest green tights with a solid green hat) differs from the costume worn on cruises (Dark green shirt with leafy sleeves over light green tights with a two-toned hat that has stitches in it). I was wondering if there was a practical reason or something else.

Actually i thought that one was slightly different in color. But pretty much. Its just that in parks, thats not used for M&Gs like the DCL one

Do they use the same outfit for a show on DCL? I wouldn't be surprised if they reused things wherever possible to save on space and costs.

Actually his show outfit on DCL is different. So this walk around is a DCL exclusive for reasons unknown
