Copyright laws are so rediculous. Disney has fought so hard to stifle free exchange of information by extending copyrights, but now says that they should have the right to use this because in their judgement this copyright shouldnt apply. Can't have it both way, either give up your copyrights (please!) or pay the people taking care of children with cancer.

Proof, were it needed as to where Eisner's priorities lie.

Option A - Line my own pockets
Option B - Give a small percentage to help care for sick children.

So who is the individual that sucks up to Eisner who decided to give me negative points for the above post? No comment, no name, just a red square. My sympathy to you that you are unable to discuss things with the grown ups.

People can be pretty immature when it comes to dishing out negative rep points. I hope I helped neglect that one! :) But yea, this will probobly be a HUGE PR problem for Disney. Hopefully they will own up and do the right thing.

This is a lose-lose situation for WDC.

1. If they are infringing on the copyright laws, they own the hospital royalties.
2. If the copyright has expired, they owe the hospital NOTHING, but will get bad press.

I don't see any way Disney can win in this situation.

And Barnum, I am not the one who gave you negative points, but your comment was a little immature......this has nothing to do with Eisner, and on top of that, WDC actually does support many charities.

I stick by what I said. The selfish greedy nature of the man at the head permeates through the whole body of the entity. I make no apology at being angry that corporate greed seems to be more important that a simple act of charity.
