How can our lawmakers allow this to happen to our country?
It's not the foreign workers that are to blame. It's difficult to blame Disney - as a corporate entity - to make use of (any loopholes in) the law. Any multi billion dollar corporation will seek out ways to maximise profits while keeping investments in employees as low as possible. Heart breaking story, unfortunately hapening worldwide (at least in the western world).
