1150 W. Magic Way is the address for the Disneyland Hotel . Possibly these permits are for the DVC Tower being built.
Well, something interesting in Imagineering is the Family Play zone and something called the Mercado Marketplace in that area of ESPN and Rainforest.

If they were smart, they would just change the ESPN zone into Flynn's arcade and put in a bunch of classic arcade machines in there. Maybe serve pizza and beer. The waitresses have to look 80's with t-shirts and short shorts.

500 Disney Way would be Gardenwalk, and this may correspond to the empty lot north of Anaheim Station #3 that was pegged for an additional hotel some years back.
You are correct. I looked further and found this on the City of Anaheim's Resort District Fact Sheet:

Westgate Anaheim GardenWalk  Westgate Resorts  500 W. Disney Way  392-room timeshare hotel  Planning approval July 2014

Apologies, folks. I jumped the gun on this.

Uh- Oh another address discrepancy that could defeat the project before it gets started but I do not think this new permit is related to Disney and here is why:

The original information back in November per the OCRegister which said confirmed with a Disney Rep was it was going to be a 12 story - 350 room - 280,000 sq ft tower being built. The "New" permit says 7 stories - 393 rooms - 484,377 sq ft. Its 5 stories shorter but 200,000 sq ft more and 43 additional rooms sounds like a bigger footprint. In the permit history for the parcel it refers to this permit is for "Westgate Resorts Anaheim LLC" There is a Westgate Timeshare Company that has properties around the country. Found an agreement with the City in 2010 that said they had to break ground by March 23 2019 this new agreement give them until October 1, 2021.

Found the Parcel Map - 500 W Disney Way is the Garden Walk Parking Structure.

Edited to add: I kept falling down the rabbit hole and didnt see your updated post SSG.

But all the Disney News sites are posting about this as the new DVC Resort updated details
.
